Meeting with you
prior to your wedding to get to know you and your fiancé and get a sense of who you are. We like to develop close relationships with our clients.
Etiquette advice
and support as needed, the months prior to the event.
Communication
with banquet staff regarding setup details, times, instructions, and compliance of floor plans.
Guide the bride and groom
through wedding itinerary, including personal appointments (spa, hair, etc.) all the way through clean up and teardown.
Set up personal items
at ceremony and reception such as guest book, place cards, champagne flutes, favors, etc.
Contact and communicate
with your vendors, once you have secured their services with a signed contract. We will also with with vendors to review arrival/departure details, contract particulars, and venues procedures for unloading, setup and teardown.
Confirmation with vendors
on rental orders and final quantities for event.
Work with musicians/DJ's
on a timeline for formalities (first dance, father/daughter dance, cake cutting, etc.)
On-site coordination
and supervision at your ceremony and during the reception. This includes working with all vendors including the venue, florist, musicians, photographer, and baker on their setup and schedule fulfillment.
Distribution of final payments
and gratuities to vendors.
In-person or phone meetings
pertaining to your day of timing and details, prior to the walk-through.
Distribution of final timeline
which is client-approved, sent to all vendors, one-two weeks prior to the event.
Review the BEO
AKA Banquet Event Order, after final walk-through
Provide an emergency kit
of items such as safety pins, double-sided tape, Tylenol, floral materials, and more!
Assistance with marriage license
and general guidance for officiant, upon request.
